On top of your event, we also have many options available to tailor the event to your needs, to create a memorable experience and provide lasting memories of the day for everyone to enjoy. Video Production
We’ll compile footage of all the teams to document your awesome experience! We’ll cut together all the best bits, add a soundtrack and give it all the trimmings for a polished production.

Video Production - Premium
Everything you get as part of the standard package, and more! We’ll have a roaming cinematic camera capturing footage throughout the event, and live sound to capture all the memorable moments. We can even do interviews with participants as they move around to keep up with their experience in real time!

CUSTOM VIDEO CONTENT FOR YOUR EVENT
On our events, we use video content to help explain how things work, give directions on tasks and challenges and provide real time information on what you need to do next. We provide an option for you to include some of your own messages throughout the event!
How about getting the CEO involved to deliver some instructions, or maybe a staff member who has been away on leave from the office or a colleague who can’t make it on the day? It’s up to you! All you need is your phone and we’ll send you everything else you need to record the video. We can even come in and help you put it together if you need us to. We’ll cut it all together, make it look good and then include it in the event on the day for everyone to enjoy!

Professional Photography
A picture tells a thousand words and what better way to capture the mood of the day than through high quality pictures taken by our roaming photographer. Perfect for your next presentation at a work function or Christmas party, share the day with everyone who was there and those who couldn’t make it.

Catering and function packages
We finish at a number of fantastic bars in the city with rooftop and private function rooms available if you wish to organise a function for after your event. The venues can offer everything from a drinks tab, to canapés and finger food, right through to a sit down meal in a private space, including your own bar and service. When you book in an Amazing Race with us, we’ll make a casual booking on your behalf at no additional cost so we can wrap up and the teams can have a well deserved drink while we announce our winners! If you’d like to sort out a function, we’ll put you in touch with the venue directly.
Please note: Prices for function packages vary depending on size of group, time of year and catering requirements. Any function bookings are organised with venues directly, but we are happy to help guide you with this and offer advice to make sure it all runs smoothly on the day!
